اپلائی کرنے کا طریقہ
1) درخواست دہندگان کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ براہ راست NTS ویب سائٹ (www.nts.org.pk) پر درخواست دیں۔
2) ہاتھ سے درخواستیں جی ای پی سی او یا این ٹی ایس میں وصول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
3) جونیئر انجینئر (الیکٹریکل) / ایس ڈی او اور اسسٹنٹ منیجر (سی ایس) / ریونیو آفیسر (آر او) کے عہدوں کے لئے ٹیسٹ فیس روپے ہے۔ 540/- اور کمرشل اسسٹنٹ، لائن سپرنٹنڈنٹ (گریڈ-I) اور لائن سپرنٹنڈنٹ (گریڈ-II) کی آسامیوں کے لیے روپے ہے۔ 400/- تاہم، ٹیسٹ فیس کا 50% امیدواروں کو اور 50% GEPCO کے ذریعے اسٹیبلشمنٹ ڈویژن کی ہدایات / رہنما خطوط کے مطابق برداشت کرنا ہوگا۔ اس کے مطابق، امیدوار مقررہ فیس کے ساتھ بھرے ہوئے درخواست فارم جمع کرائیں گے یعنی روپے۔ جونیئر انجینئر (الیکٹریکل) / ایس ڈی او اور اسسٹنٹ منیجر (سی ایس) / ریونیو آفیسر (آر او) کے عہدوں کے لئے 270/- اور روپے۔ این ٹی ایس کے حق میں کمرشل اسسٹنٹ، لائن سپرنٹنڈنٹ (گریڈ-I) اور لائن سپرنٹنڈنٹ (گریڈ-II) کی آسامیوں کے لیے 200۔ بقیہ 50% فیس GEPCO براہ راست NTS کو معاہدے کے مطابق ادا کرے گی۔
4) معذور امیدواروں سے کوئی ٹیسٹ فیس نہیں لی جائے گی کیونکہ یہ معاملہ کارپوریٹ سماجی ذمہ داری (CSR) کے طور پر لیا جائے گا اور 100% ٹیسٹ فیس GEPCO براہ راست NTS کو معاہدے کے مطابق ادا کرے گی۔
5) ٹیسٹ فیس M/S NTS کو 1 Link 1Bill Participating Banks/ ATM/ Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Easypaisa/ Jazz Cash/TCS ایکسپریس کاؤنٹرز کے ذریعے ادا کی جائے گی۔
6) امتحانی مرکز، اوقات اور ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ سے متعلق معلومات پر مشتمل رول نمبر سلپ کو ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ سے کم از کم ایک (01) ہفتہ قبل M/S NTS ویب سائٹ پر اپ لوڈ کیا جائے گا اور امیدواروں کو ای میل ایڈریس اور ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے بھی آگاہ کیا جائے گا۔ امیدوار کی طرف سے فراہم کردہ موبائل نمبر۔
7) امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ M/S NTS 051-8444441 پر رابطہ کریں یا تحریری امتحان، امیدواروں کی عارضی اور حتمی فہرست کی نمائش، رول نمبر سلپس، ٹیسٹ سے متعلق کسی بھی سوال/معلومات کے لیے query@nts.org.pk پر ای میل کریں۔ مراکز، نتائج وغیرہ
8) M/s NTS کے ذریعے اپلائی کرنے کی آخری تاریخ ہے۔
9) آن لائن ایپلیکیشن پورٹل کو ویب سائٹ سے رات 11:59:59 پر ہٹا دیا جائے گا۔ درخواستوں کی وصولی کی آخری تاریخ پر۔
10) GEPCO ہیڈ کوارٹر میں کسی درخواست پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا، اس لیے امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپنا مکمل درخواست فارم براہ راست M/S NTS کو بھیجیں۔
11) اگر امیدوار ایک سے زیادہ پوسٹ/کوٹہ کے لیے درخواست دے رہا ہے تو ایک علیحدہ درخواست فارم جمع کرایا جائے گا۔
12) براہ کرم ٹیسٹ کے شیڈول، اپ ڈیٹس اور نتائج کے لیے باقاعدگی سے NTS کی ویب سائٹ وزٹ کرتے رہیں۔
HOW TO APPLY
1) Applicants are advised to apply directly on the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk).
2) By hand applications will not be received either at GEPCO or at NTS.
3) Test fee for the posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical)/SDO & Assistant Manager (CS) / Revenue Officer (RO) is Rs. 540/- and for the posts of Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent (Grade-I) & Line Superintendent (Grade-II) is Rs. 400/-. However, 50% of the Test fee is to be borne by the candidates and 50% by the GEPCO as per the instructions / guidelines of the Establishment Division. Accordingly, Candidates shall submit application forms dully filled in alongwith prescribed fee i.e. Rs. 270/- for the posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical)/SDO & Assistant Manager (CS) / Revenue Officer (RO) and Rs. 200 for the posts of Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent (Grade-I) & Line Superintendent (Grade-II) in favour of NTS. The remaining 50% fee shall be paid by GEPCO directly to NTS as per agreement.
4) No test fee will be charged from the disabled candidates being a matter to be treated as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and 100% test fee shall be paid by GEPCO directly to NTS as per agreement.
5) Test fee shall be paid to M/S NTS through 1 Link 1Bill Participating Banks/ ATM/ Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Easypaisa / Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters.
6) Roll No. Slip containing information regarding the test center, timings and test date will be uploaded on M/S NTS website at least one (01) week before the test date and candidates will be informed through email address & SMS as well on mobile number, provided by the candidate.
7) The candidates are advised to contact the M/S NTS 051-8444441 OR email at query@nts.org.pk for any query/information related to Written Test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, Roll number slips, Test centers, Results etc.

9) The Online Application Portal shall be removed from the website at 11:59:59 p.m. on the closing date for the receipt of applications.
10) No application shall be entertained at GEPCO Headquarter, therefore, candidates are advised to send their complete application form directly to M/S NTS.
11) A separate application form will be submitted if candidate is applying against more than one post/quota.
